Petrolube Rock Drill Grease is a smooth semi-fluid lithium EP00 grease developed for pneumatic percussion rockdrills. The formulation uses highly refined mineral base oils, synthetic polymers, tackifiers, extreme-pressure and corrosion-preventative additives, plus copper and graphite solids for boundary lubrication under high temperatures or heavy loads.
Pumps through commonly used air-line grease lubricators to reach pneumatic rockdrill lubrication points.
Uses extreme-pressure additives, anti-wear chemistry, and tackifiers to help extend drill and thread life.
Resists water washing so grease is retained in critical areas during harsh drilling conditions.

Typical technical characteristics include a 190°C minimum dropping point and greater than 600kg 4-ball weld load.
The product is classified as inherently biodegradable under OECD 301B Modified Sturm, ASTM D-5864, and CEC L-33-T-82 references.
